THE JOURNEY
How the Method Works
Four phases. One path. You move through them at your own pace — assessments every 12 weeks keep you on track.
Groove, rhythm, culture basics
Freestyle, personal style, creativity
Musicality, texture, choreography
Performance & certification
Every class you attend earns one credit. Credits only count with Method membership — not drop-in. Show up, earn progress.
Your student portal shows exactly where you are in the journey — credits earned, phase progress, and upcoming milestones.
Every 12 weeks you get direct feedback on your technique and progress. No surprises — you always know where you stand and what’s next.
EVERY CLASS
What You’re Walking Into
Every session touches all four elements. You don’t just drill one thing — you build the whole picture every time you show up.
Hip Hop foundation, footwork, grooves, and body isolations. The building blocks that everything else stands on. No matter how far you progress, you come back to Earth.
Freestyle, personal style, and creative expression. Air is where you stop copying and start creating. Battle etiquette, improv, and finding the moves that are uniquely yours.
Fluid styles, emotional expression, and musicality. Water is about feeling the music and letting it move through you. This is where dance becomes communication.
High energy, dynamic movements, and performance intensity. Fire is earned — the confidence and stage presence that comes from doing the work through the first three elements.
This is culture, not competition.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before You Show Up
None at all. Beginner classes are built for zero experience. The Elemental Method starts with the absolute foundations — groove, rhythm, and the basics of Hip Hop movement. You show up, we handle the rest.
Comfortable athletic clothes you can move in and clean sneakers. That’s it. No special dance shoes, no specific brands. We care about you being able to move — not what you look like doing it.
Yes — your first class is free. No credit card, no commitment. Claim your free trial here and come see what the Method is about.
There are up to 8 adult classes per week, so flexibility is built in. If you miss Monday, catch up Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Membership gives you access to the full week.
Drop-in is $20 for a single class — no credits, no tracking, no certification path. Membership is $69/month for unlimited classes, credits toward certification, portal access, and assessment feedback. If you’re serious about getting better, membership is the move.
130 total credits to certify. At 2 classes per week, that’s about 65 weeks. You go at your own pace — no pressure, no deadline. Some people get there faster, some slower. The journey is the point.
REAL WORDS FROM REAL STUDENTS
What Adults Are Saying
The class was exactly what it said — beginner Hip Hop, not beginner-but-not-really. The teacher made us feel so energized and open and unjudged. I learned a lot about the different feel of Hip Hop compared to other styles.
Adult dance classes here are so much more than a dance class. You are able to tap into your creativity, connect with your community in a safe non-judgmental space. After class I really feel great about myself inside and out.
Danzversity is my sanctuary to let it go! I joined the Elemental dance series and really appreciated the opportunity to feel more connected to myself and to the Earth through the four elements.
