This journey is designed for people who want a transformational dance experience, allowing yourself to grow in all areas of life. It includes guided facilitation from the four elements, providing a well-rounded holistic approach of learning about yourself through the world of dance.
The classes rotate through the schedule, but you can join at any time. All classes are unique and do not repeat the same instruction. We are here to guide you as you discover your freedom of expression through movement.

Earth Element Focus - Dance Foundation, Introduction and Body Awareness This element introduces the fundamental elements of dance, including rhythm, coordination, and basic dance steps. The focus is on building a strong foundation and understanding the essence of dance.
Wind Element Focus - Freestyle, Flow & individual Creative Expression This element encourages creativity and individual expression through freestyle dance. The focus is on developing fluidity, improvisation skills, and personal style.
Water Element Focus - Emotional Release, Journaling & Self Awareness This element focuses on movements that express emotion and sensuality, helping dancers to connect with their bodies and emotions on a deeper level.
Fire Element Focus - Choreography and Storytelling with Purpose This element focuses on the creation and execution of choreography, with an emphasis on storytelling and conveying a message or purpose through a dance narrative.
Physical Growth
The Earth Element is designed to enhance physical abilities and dance techniques. It provides a strong foundation of basic dance steps, rhythm, and coordination, which are essential for any dance form.
Emotional Growth
The Water Class in the package promotes emotional growth. It allows dancers to connect with their bodies and emotions on a deeper level, fostering emotional release and self-awareness. Journaling will be involved.
Creative Growth
The Wind and Fire Classes in the package are aimed at fostering creative growth. These classes encourage creativity and individual expression through freestyle dance and choreography, enhancing improvisation skills and personal style. The purpose of this transformation is to empower individuals to express themselves freely through dance, connect with their emotions, and tell their unique stories through movement.
