REFUND POLICY

Why All Sales Are Final

Our instructors, space, and programming are committed and scheduled based on enrolled participants. When you register, you are reserving a spot that cannot be filled by someone else on short notice. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and consistency of our programs.

Exceptions Considered Case by Case

We understand that life happens. The following situations may be considered for a credit or refund at the discretion of Danzversity management:

• Medical emergency — with documentation from a licensed healthcare provider
• Family emergency — at management’s discretion
• Relocation outside the Austin area — with proof of relocation
• Classes cancelled by Danzversity — full credit or refund issued automatically

To request an exception, contact us at dance@danzversity.com before the relevant class or program date.

Membership Cancellations

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time through your student portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Your membership access continues through the end of the paid period.
