Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or registering for any Danzversity program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Our Services

Danzversity provides dance education programs, community events, and related services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Registration and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be 18 or older to register on behalf of a minor
• One account per participant household

Payments and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice

Participation and Conduct

• Students must follow instructor directions and studio rules at all times
• Respectful conduct toward instructors, staff, and fellow students is required
• Danzversity reserves the right to remove any participant for conduct that disrupts the class environment
• Students participate at their own risk; physical activity involves inherent risks

Intellectual Property

The Elemental Dance Method™, Danzversity name, logo, and all original content on this website are the property of Danzversity LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Photography and Media

By participating in Danzversity programs, you grant Danzversity permission to photograph and record your participation for promotional purposes unless you have submitted a written opt-out request.

Limitation of Liability

Danzversity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
