1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that dance activities involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Danzversity programs.

2. Waiver and Release. I release Danzversity LLC, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

3. Medical Consent. I confirm I am in good health and physically capable of participating in dance activities.

4. Media Release. I grant Danzversity permission to photograph and record my participation for promotional use unless I submit a written opt-out.

5. Payment Policy. I understand my membership is billed monthly at $69 and renews automatically until cancelled. All sales are final per the Danzversity Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation. I may cancel at any time through my student portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

7. Acknowledgment. I have read and understand this agreement and enter it voluntarily.
