The Elemental Dance Method™ builds Movement Literacy through four elements — Earth, Air, Water, Fire. You learn a language you keep, not a routine you forget by Friday.

(Found)ations runs Mon–Thu at 7:00 PM — 75 minutes, one commitment. The first ~50 minutes are The Classroom: instruction, drills, the Method. Then the lights dim and the same room becomes The Session — the cypher that closes every class.
The roots of the movement, the history and culture behind it, and the principles every dancer stands on. Vocabulary, body mechanics, and The Bounce — drills, breakdowns, repetition, and the Culture Plug. Learn the moves. Honor the roots.
Lights dim, mirrors off, music gets louder. A supportive circle where dancers take turns and everyone hypes the dancer in the middle. Every prompt has a base layer and a stretch layer, so you work at your edge from night one.

I-35 South or MoPac South to Anderson Ln, and we’re right on Burnet Rd in North Austin. From most of Round Rock and Pflugerville it’s a straight shot — no downtown, no gridlock.

Before You Make the Drive
We’re in North Austin — 7531 Burnet Rd, about 20–25 minutes from Round Rock down I-35 or MoPac. There’s no cultural street dance academy for adults in Round Rock, so our Round Rock members make the short drive for something they can’t get closer to home: real Hip Hop taught as a culture, built for beginners.
About 20–25 minutes. Take I-35 South or MoPac South, exit near Anderson Ln, and we’re right on Burnet Rd. Class starts at 7:00 PM — after rush hour has thinned out — and there’s free parking in the strip lot right out front.
None at all. (Found)ations is built specifically for adults who have never taken a dance class. The Elemental Dance Method starts with The Bounce — Hip Hop’s home base. If you’re bouncing, you’re dancing.
Monday through Thursday, 7:00–8:15 PM. One class, four nights a week — miss Monday, catch it Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The membership covers every night. Full details on the Adults page.
