1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that dance and camp activities involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks.

2. Waiver and Release. I release Danzversity LLC from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from camp participation.

3. Medical Consent. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Danzversity staff to seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of my child(ren).

4. Media Release. I grant Danzversity permission to photograph and record camp activities for promotional use.

5. Payment. Camp registrations are non-refundable except in documented emergencies per the Danzversity Refund Policy.

6. Sibling Discount. A 10% discount applies automatically when registering 2 or more campers in the same transaction.

7. Acknowledgment. I have read and agree to these terms voluntarily.
