What is the showcase?
The night the whole term comes together
Every youth class at Danzversity runs in 13-week terms. Each term follows the Elemental Dance Method: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, three weeks each. In every phase the crew learns 8 more counts of one group piece.
Week 13 is the showcase. Flow Finders, Vibe Builders, Elementz Crew and the Breakin’ Series each perform their piece for families and friends at the studio. For a lot of kids it is the first time they perform for anyone.
That is why youth memberships start with a 3-month commitment. A term is about three months, and the goal is for every kid to make it to the stage.

Anyone. Parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, and families thinking about joining. Tickets are $5 on the event page.
How long is it?
About two hours, 6:30 to 8:30 PM, with every crew performing.
We’re not members yet. Can we come watch?
Yes. It is the best way to see what a term at Danzversity looks like. Your kid can also try a class free first.
When is the next one?
Every term ends with a showcase. This school year: Fall Showcase Friday, November 13; Winter Showcase Friday, March 5; End-of-Year Showcase Friday, May 21.
Why do memberships start with a 3-month commitment?
A term is about three months, and the piece is built in phases. Kids who stay through the term get to perform it. After the first three months it is month-to-month.
Come see it. Then join the crew.
Every term ends on stage. The first class is free.
