Most K-Pop dance classes in Austin stop at learning the choreo. Uni-Versity starts there — then gives you what the idols actually have: a crew, a stage, and a reason to keep leveling up. More than moves — it’s culture.
Formation changes, sharp isolations, synchronized hits — the details that make K-Pop choreography look the way it does. Every session drills the craft behind the polish.
Uni-Versity performs at every Danzversity Showcase and represents around Austin. You don’t just learn the routine — you get somewhere to perform it.

Aug 1 auditions are in the books — Uni-Versity’s Season 1 roster is training now, Sundays 4:00–7:00 PM through December. Want in on the next cycle? Class members hear about audition windows first.

Build Your Base First
If a crew feels like a big first step, start where every Danzversity dancer starts: the Elemental Dance Method. Our adult (Found)ations class runs Mon–Thu at 7:00 PM and builds the vocabulary, body control, and confidence that make K-Pop choreography click faster — and your first class is free. Under 18? Our youth programs (ages 5–17) weave K-Pop tracks and styles into class all the time.

Before You Step In
Yes — K-Pop at Danzversity runs through Uni-Versity, our K-Pop crew. It trains every Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM for a full session of choreography, precision drills, and performance prep — part class, part crew. All levels are welcome, ages 18+.
No. Uni-Versity is an all-levels crew, and the audition has nothing to prepare — you learn a combo on the spot. If you’d rather build a base first, start with a free trial in our adult (Found)ations class and step into the crew when you’re ready.
Season 1 rosters are set, but the door isn’t closed: set up a rolling 1-on-1 placement with Jaymie any time of year, or catch the next audition window — announced to class members first.
$70/month plus a one-time $30 commitment fee — the same deal as every Danzversity adult crew. That covers your weekly session and performing at every Showcase.
Uni-Versity is 18+. Dancers under 18 start in our youth programs — Flow Finders (5–7), Vibe Builders (8–12), or Elementz Crew (13–17) — where K-Pop tracks and styles regularly show up in class.
